The Journey
For two decades, Brent founded, built and helped scale multimillion-dollar companies while earning recognition for his achievements. Yet behind the trophies and milestones, he found himself burned out, disconnected, and wondering how a life that looked so full could feel so empty.
The Awakening
That unraveling became the beginning of his awakening.
Through years of studying neuroscience, mindfulness, and human transformation, Brent learned to rewire the subconscious patterns that had been steering his life — and uncovered a truth that reshaped everything:

He studied intensively under Dr. Joe Dispenza for nearly a decade, traveled the world with Tony Robbins as a Platinum Partnership member, and devoted himself to understanding the neuroscience of human transformation.
Today, Brent shares this work through The Alchemy of Joy — a curriculum blending neuroscience, meditation, breathwork, practical exercises and emotional embodiment that has changed the lives of thousands all over the world. And he's just getting started!
Joy is not the reward at the end of the journey. It is the path itself.

Knighted by the former Royal Family of Italy, Casa di Savoia, for his life-long commitment to philanthropic causes for children, Brent has devoted his life to using business, leadership, and storytelling as paths for healing and expanding human potential.
His foundation, Stealth Impact Lab, funds education initiatives, micro-loans, and sustainability projects that help communities create brighter futures across the globe. Brent has founded or co-founded 5 different social enterprises, including NonnaLive.com — which has donated over 50,000 meals to families in need and became the #1 Airbnb Experience in the world.
Today, he splits his time between Lake Tahoe and Italy, where mornings begin with meditation, espresso, and a seventy-pound "lap dog" named Tahoe.
